We specialize in building quality garden spaces with unique outdoor living areas that include custom masonry patios with water features and outdoor kitchen and dining rooms. The landscapes we create invite families to gather outdoors around a stone fireplace on a cool New Jersey evening or to escape the heat of summer in a soothing pool or spa. Our property care division offers maintenance programs to ensure that everything looks picture-perfect all year long. CUSTOMER SERVICE/MAINTENANCE MANAGER

We are looking for a strong “will do” individual to join a passionate team and support our Estate/Maintenance Team. The Todd Group is a family owned landscape design build firm who specializes in building quality garden spaces with unique outdoor living areas that include custom masonry patios with water features and outdoor kitchen and dining roomsWe are looking for someone that can work comfortably in a fast-paced environment and loves helping customers receive the quality service we’re known for. Our desired candidate will have experience with the following job responsibilities:

Responsibilities

Manage post job production communication with clients.

Visit and assess client’s landscapes.

Create and provide detailed site reports.

Create work orders.

Complete small projects and requests.

Perform follow up services on production projects.

Support enhancement sales team.

Qualifications for success

Knowledge of lawn and plant health care best practices.

Exceptional customer service skills, ability to handle issues and requests from both our contracted and one-time customers.

Ability to multitask and keep track of multiple projects in different stages.

Organization skills to manage large volume of paperwork and customer requests.

Excellent computer skills, experience with Microsoft Word, Outlook and Excel.

Knowledge of Sage 300 CRE a plus.

Knowledge of ArborGold a plus.

Pesticide 3A, 3B a plus.
