Salary: $70,000 – $80,000

The Todd Group is a family-owned landscape design build management firm specializing in building quality garden spaces with unique outdoor living areas that include custom masonry patios with water features, outdoor kitchen, and dining rooms. Our field staff enjoy a tight knit working environment with opportunity for growth. We are looking for a self-starting and detail-oriented individual with experience in landscape lighting & irrigation systems to join our team. Managing foremen have been with our firm for 20+ years.

Work with property managers, project managers & design staff to understand client/project needs

Manage all irrigation/lighting services, including the coordination of all materials, people, and equipment

Inspect properties prior to new installations to properly prepare action plan

Manage aftercare inspection & monitor all aspects of the irrigation/lighting system and identify any problems

As necessary, performing hands-on work with crews to meet work and scheduling demands

Forecast production and prepare daily crew schedules

Hands-on training and support of crew members, including proper operation of equipment, techniques, safety, and quality standards

Maintain and manage all required administrative systems, including but not limited to time sheets, job databases, and service schedules

Order materials as needed and monitor costs and deliveries

Minimum of 5 years irrigation/lighting experience

Minimum of 3 years supervisory experience

Knowledge of irrigation controllers

Knowledge of landscape lighting systems

Plant and turf knowledge a plus

Excellent customer service skills

Valid driver’s license and clean record

Bi-lingual a plus
