Part-Time Vendor Onboarding & Maintenance Assistant (Entry-Level)
Position Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated high school or college student to support our vendor onboarding and maintenance processes. This entry-level, part-time role provides hands-on experience in administrative operations and exposure to core business functions, including accounting and vendor management.
Key Responsibilities
Assist with onboarding new vendors, including collecting required documentation and verifying information
Enter and maintain accurate vendor data within internal systems
Follow up with vendors to obtain missing or incomplete documentation (e.g., W-9 forms, contact details)
Organize and maintain digital and/or physical records
Support compliance with company policies and documentation standards
Assist with periodic vendor reviews, audits, and data clean-up initiatives
Communicate professionally with internal teams and external vendors
Qualifications
High school student (junior/senior) or currently enrolled college student
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Basic proficiency in Microsoft Excel, email, and data entry systems
Effective written and verbal communication skills
Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
Reliable, punctual, and capable of working independently
Preferred Qualifications (Not Required)
Interest in business, accounting, finance, or administration
Previous part-time, internship, or office experience
Schedule
Part-time: 10–20 hours per week
