The Todd Group Inc., a family-owned leader in landscape design, build, and management, is seeking a skilled and self-driven Irrigation & Lighting Manager to join our award-winning team. With over four decades of experience, we specialize in creating high-end outdoor living spaces—custom patios, water features, outdoor kitchens, and lighting that transforms properties.
This is a hands-on leadership role suited for someone who combines technical expertise with excellent organizational and people management skills.

Key Responsibilities
Collaborate with property managers, project managers, and design staff to align on scope and client expectations.
Oversee all aspects of irrigation and landscape lighting, from planning and installation to aftercare and troubleshooting.
Conduct property assessments and develop action plans for new system installations.
Provide on-site leadership and assist with hands-on work when needed to meet deadlines.
Train and mentor crew members on proper techniques, equipment operation, safety protocols, and quality standards.
Forecast workloads and develop daily and weekly schedules.
Maintain organized records and systems, including service schedules, timesheets, and job databases.
Coordinate purchasing and track costs, materials, and deliveries.
Qualifications
5+ years of experience in irrigation and landscape lighting installation and service
3+ years of supervisory or crew management experience
Strong knowledge of irrigation controllers and lighting systems
Experience working with high-end residential landscapes preferred
Familiarity with plant and turf types is a plus
Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus
Excellent organizational, communication, and customer service skills
Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
